Judge Level 2 Training -4 April 2020- Postponed

The Beds ASA Judge Level 2 course has been postponed due to the current Cover-19 Corona virus outbreak, Louise Mackie will be in contact with the registered course applicants when a new date is known.

Bedfordshire ASA has announced it will be running a British Swimming Judge Level 2 (JL2) course for swimming officials.

This is the second level of qualification. It encompasses the role and duties in relation to all aspects of judging and the theoretical role of a Judge Level 2.

The minimum age to start training is 16 years and candidates must have already qualified as Judge Level 1. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a minimum of 15 hours post qualification experience in this role. The training follows a similar format to that of Judge level 1 with formal instruction, mentored poolside training with a workbook followed by a practical assessment.

Saturday 4 April 2020    (1:30pm- 4:00pm – Judge Theory)
